Accept the beauty of change, as nature is reborn every spring.

I experienced my very first spring in France, and I was amazed by the way nature awakens and vibrates with all possible colors.

This got me thinking: what if we too were made to change, grow, slow down and accept all the phases of life... like the seasons.

Let's imagine that each season represents a specific moment in our lives, to remind ourselves that it's okay to go through periods of sadness, loneliness, or rest. Because sometimes, we need to step back for a moment to better find ourselves... and blossom again.

I wanted to understand what each season teaches nature...and perhaps us too.

So, I'm taking you with me on a journey through the seasons.

  • Spring: Gently reborn 🌱

Spring is the season of awakening, the time when everything begins again, but without brutality. Roses appear slowly and flamboyant flowers resume, colors return little by little. Nothing is rushed, nothing is forced, but everything transforms and moves forward with confidence.

After the silence of winter, nature dares to express itself once again. It opens up and exposes itself to the light. It reminds us that every renewal takes time. We can start again even after a dark period, a period of stagnation, or moments of emptiness.

In our lives, too, there are these moments of restarting. We feel lighter, we regain energy, clarity. But like nature, we have the right to do it at our own pace. We don't have to explode with joy as soon as the light returns; we can push gently, feel the light shine, and feel our momentum return.

  • Summer: The Peak of Nature ☀️

Summer is light. The days are the longest, the sun rises early and sets late (I was especially amazed by this). The fields are full, the fruits ripen under the sun—especially mangoes. It is the season of harvest, gathering, and flourishing.

Summer is the time when the Lord offers us all the riches of nature. He invites us to rejoice, to take our place, and to fully enjoy these long sunny days. It is our moment to shine, to express our full potential.

It is also the season of encounters, outdoor adventures, and family moments—laughing together until late into the night.

But I don’t know about you… for me, when I feel the summer heat, I suffer! Just the other day I told my mom that I think I’m a winter girl.

Yet, we must remember that summer is also a season of balance. Behind all that light, there can be storms, tempests, even hurricanes.

Nature reminds us that even in our strongest phases, it is normal to go through moments of tension and the unexpected.

In conclusion, spring and summer already teach us so much: to be reborn gently, and then to open ourselves fully to the light.

But the cycle of nature doesn’t stop there. Soon, I’ll share what autumn and winter inspire in me...seasons that are sometimes quieter, yet just as essential.

See you soon Sunnies!!
